We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders within the United States and Canada, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping and qualifying freight shipments.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special delivery requirements, or oversized freight. Any such fees will be clearly communicated before shipment.

There are no hidden handling or packaging fees.

Freight / Heavy Equipment Shipping

Large machinery and heavy equipment are shipped via LTL freight carriers and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier scheduling, or other factors beyond our control.

Freight & Heavy Equipment Delivery

For freight shipments:

β€’ An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for delivery
β€’ Delivery location must be accessible for large delivery trucks or semi-trailers
β€’ Some shipments may require a scheduled delivery appointment arranged by the carrier
β€’ Lift-gate service may be included depending on shipment and delivery address

Please inspect all freight items immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier before signing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information and carrier details will be sent to your email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
